Multibeam bathymetry

It is possible to obtain a detailed views over the sea bottom with multibeam generated images.These images are constructed from data obtained by multi-beam echo sounding(courtesy MMTAB). Dephts are colour-coded.This image displays the Säcken-area in the nothern part of the Koster trough.
